The benefit of taken a walk with a loved one

How many of you have ever thought that taking a walk in the cool evening or early morning could be beneficial to your wellbeing. Very few indeed.
It's rather unusual but my eldest son one morning woke me up. "We are going for a walk", he quietly informed me. I was taken by surprise, but tell me, how many will not at 06.00 in the morning?

He wanted to jog, and so I read, "Take it easy, you said to take a walk". I was still dazed from being roused up at my unusual time and not quite sure what he was up to. So we walked.

Hey, presto, sleep disappears and I started to enjoy myself. Walking on the street, I discovered things about our neighbours. They are pleasant neighbours and I did not recognize this until that morning.  "Good morning", they shouted across to me. "Pleasant day for a walk. It's good for your health". Yes, I agreed. This is really well, but the best of the walk is the conversation I had with my son. He desired to hold a chatter with me on this walk and to tell me about his estimates and future designs. Listen, if you ever have the privilege to have your children wake you up in the morning to walk, it's the best time to have that chat.
Along the walkway, my experiences about the environment where I live sharpened. I loved the cool air on my facial expression; the busy road at that time of the sunrise was not that tough. I never notice that we have walked a considerable distance from home. I actually lost track of time there. We were chatting you know, exchanging ideas animatedly and getting to recognize our future ambition. NOT MINE BUT OURS.

Now, at my age, which I will keep out of this story, I start whining to him that I am getting tired. The concern on my son's face was really touching and gratifying which means, we have accomplished something today. We came to an understanding of each other. Another gratifying outcome is that I performed an outdoor physical exertion that is postponed numerous times. I can understand the thought of one of my amiable friends in the far off country who would have lectured about my sloth.
It's good to take a walk with a loved one. You inclined to view things clearly and encourage understanding. The experience earned is quite invigorating and tourism approach.
Join me again and please share your experience with us when you necessitate a walk in the morning or evening with a loved one.
